Prop Rifle tracking

Performance Report

For this production, CLTC created a Prop Weapons policy, which required accurate tracking of where each individual prop weapon was at any point in the show. There were only four areas the prop weapons could be: onstage, two temporary holding zones Stage Left and Stage Right, and in the weapons storage cabinet backstage. Only the actors with their assigned rifles were permitted to handle them, with only a few exceptions. Any deviations from the policy had to be noted.
